'Svaha' is a Buddhist Sanskrit word that is typically used at the end of mantras and dharanis.

It had many meanings:

• “So be it”, as in “Because we said so”, as in “Merely labelled” (created by mind through words)
• “Blessed be”
• literally “swallow”, as in swallow the mantra words and make them a part of you.
