Protect Your Eyes by Turning on Dark Mode on Brave Browser: “Forcing web pages to render in dark theme with Dark Reader extension Sadly, not all web pages check if your browser has a dark mode enabled.
To force dark mode on web pages which do not even have a dark theme to begin with, you can use an extension that intelligently changes the web page color scheme.
One such extension is Dark Reader. This is the extension I personally use, and for the most part, it works flawlessly. It is also available for for Firefox users (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/darkreader)
Install Dark Reader extension on Brave: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dark-reader/eimadpbcbfnmbkopoojfekhnkhdbieeh?hl=en
For any web page that does not have a [[dark theme (or a toggle), Dark Reader works like a charm. But at times, it will implement its own dark theme on a web page which already has a toggle-able theme.”
- https://github.com/darkreader/darkreader - “Dark Reader is an open-source MIT-licensed browser extension designed to analyze web pages. Dark Reader will generate a dark mode that aims to reduce the eyestrain of the user. Dark Reader is feature-rich and is customizable in many ways throughout the UI.” Developed by: https://github.com/alexanderby
