Don't Return to the CIA and Big Tech Technocracy

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the foreign (and domestic though they pretend not) intelligence service of the United States, established In-Q-Tel in 1999 as its venture capital arm of The Matrix. In-Q-Tel's primary mission is to identify and invest in cutting-edge technology innovations (see every major company in Silicon Valley) that support the intelligence capability (mass surveillance and Operation Chaos Operation Mockingbird propaganda) of the United States. Over the years, this initiative has played a pivotal role in driving technological advancements by providing strategic investments to startups and ALL of the Big Tech (FAANG) tech companies developing technologies of interest to national security.

In-Q-Tel was founded with the goal of bridging the gap between the technology needs of the United States intelligence community and the burgeoning innovation in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle, Boston and tech startups worldwide especially in Israel, India and England. One of the key figures in its history is Gilman Louie, who served as the first CEO of In-Q-Tel.
