Google Cloud Print

Google Cloud Print was a service provided by Google that allowed users to print documents from any web-connected device to any Google Cloud Print-enabled printer, regardless of their physical location. Introduced in 2010, Google Cloud Print aimed to make printing more convenient and accessible by eliminating the need for drivers or specific software on the device being used. Users could print from their computers, smartphones, or tablets using the Google Cloud Print service, which sent print jobs to the cloud and then forwarded them to the designated printer. Google Cloud Print also offered additional features such as printer sharing, print management, and integration with Google Workspace applications. However, Google Cloud Print was deprecated in December 2020, and Google recommended users to find alternative printing solutions, such as native printing capabilities provided by operating systems or printer manufacturers, or using third-party printing services.
